I Make Fitness Fun

My love of the gym began with the realisation that the figure I wanted could not be obtained by dieting and endless amounts of cardio but through building lean muscle and following a sensible nutrition plan. I have since competed at top level in bikini class bodybuilding winning my pro card and becoming a WBFF Bikini pro. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. In your free consultation I will help you identify your fitness goals so I can then design a tailored exercise program that fits your needs. With realistic goal setting, nutritional guidance and workouts tailored to you, whether its weight-loss, improved fitness, muscular development or general health and wellbeing. Combining strength training, functional training and metabolic conditioning, my approach to fitness and health will have you looking and feeling great and seeing results in no time. Those of you who aren't local don't need to miss out on my services. I also offer a comprehensive tailored exercise plan for home or gym with nutritional guidance, healthy recipes and full online support and motivation.
